• PolyAI is tackling the challenges of automating customer service through voice. Our voice assistants enable businesses to provide exceptional customer service at every touchpoint. This is the first PolyAI hire in Serbia with a focus on building talent in the region. As part of the project team, you will lead the development of real-world systems handling high call volumes, working closely with Product Solutions Managers and Dialogue Designers to create specialized software for clients.
• BS degree in a technical field or equivalent industry experience • 1+ year(s) of Python / C++ / Java experience • Fast learner and open to learning • Proficient in verbal and written English communication • Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth2.0, TLS • Knowledge of telephony protocols like SIP or other networking protocols • Understanding of software deployment cycle • Permission to work in Serbia
• Voice-enabled, AI-driven customer service • Opportunity to work on real-world systems with high call volume • Collaboration with Product Solutions Managers and Dialogue Designers • Support existing deployments during working hours
