Description

• Investigating and resolving technical issues for blockchain-related inquiries • Creating automations, implementing tooling, and writing scripts to assist developers • Improving content on Polygon technical documentation, blogs, and community forum • Coordinating incident and release management processes • Working across engineering, monitoring, documentation, and business teams • Identifying and addressing opportunities for improving blockchain delivery • Providing direct support to community and developers in deploying, testing, and maintaining blockchain features

Requirements

• Excellence in communication, coordination, and documentation • Intermediate experience in Python or JavaScript • Proactive decision-making in ambiguous situations • Familiarity with open source and DevOps tools • Fundamental knowledge of Linux and system administration • Basic understanding of blockchain concepts and technologies • Background in mission-critical 24/7 systems is beneficial • Strong problem-solving skills and logical reasoning • Technical skills in Blockchain, Wallets, and Web3
