Description

• Collaborate with senior leadership and product managers to define program objectives, strategies, and roadmaps aligned with the company's Web3 vision. • Lead a portfolio of Web3 projects, ensuring alignment with program goals and objectives. Oversee project managers and teams, fostering collaboration and innovation. • Maintain a deep understanding of Web3 technologies, blockchain platforms, smart contracts, decentralized applications (DApps), and related tools and protocols. • Identify, assess, and mitigate program-level risks. Develop contingency plans and address issues that may impact program delivery. • Manage program resources, including budgets, staffing, and technology requirements. Ensure efficient allocation and utilization of resources. • Establish and enforce quality control processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality Web3 solutions. Oversee testing, validation, and compliance with industry standards. • Maintain transparent and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Provide regular updates on program progress, milestones, and deviations from the plan. • Create and maintain comprehensive program documentation, including strategic plans, program charters, and status reports. • Stay current with industry trends and emerging Web3 technologies. Propose and implement process improvements and best practices to enhance program efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). • Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager in the Web3 or blockchain industry. • Strong knowledge of blockchain technologies, such as Ethereum, Polygon, Polkadot, or other relevant networks including familiarity with consensus protocols. • Proficiency in program management methodologies and tools. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to adapt to evolving program requirements and priorities. • Experience with DApps, and Smart Contract development is a plus. • Certifications like PgMP, PMP, or similar are advantageous.
