• Pompa Program is seeking experienced, results-driven Sales Health Advisors. • This is a full-time, W-2 exempt position designed for skilled sales professionals. • Engage with warm, pre-qualified leads—individuals who have paid for an initial consultation. • Conduct a deep dive into the clients’ health, history, treatment, diagnoses, symptoms, and concerns. • Conduct 1-on-1 virtual consultations with prospective clients via Zoom to assess needs. • Maintain a minimum of 20 scheduled consultations per week with a 17% or higher close rate on booked calls.
• Minimum 3 years of demonstrated success in sales, preferably in a high-ticket or consultative model. • Strong consultative closing ability, with confidence navigating objections and providing high-value solutions. • Proficient with CRM platforms, Google Workspace, and Zoom. • Must have reliable high-speed internet and access to a smartphone and computer with video capabilities. • Independent, proactive, and adaptable. • A genuine interest in wellness, functional health, or alternative therapies.
