📋 Description
• Entering and updating order and shipment information • Maintaining order, customer, and operational records • Supporting item/SKU setup and other routine data entry • Keeping shared trackers and project lists current • Reviewing information for accuracy and flagging issues or discrepancies to your supervisor • Helping with other operational tasks as priorities shift day to day
🎯 Requirements
• Organized and detail oriented • Comfortable working in spreadsheets • Able to learn new systems quickly • Prior exposure to order processing, operations, sales support, inventory, or similar business processes is preferred
