📋 Description

• Develop new business via email, SMS, and phone to introduce SaaS solutions within the target market • Support the sales team on outbound strategies and lead-generating efforts • Build a strong pipeline of prospective customers by sourcing leads and passing qualified opportunities to the sales team • Implement creative ways to engage and build rapport with prospects • Manage prospective client data in the CRM, ensuring communications are logged and information is accurate • Work closely with Account Executives, Sales leadership, and the marketing team • Contribute directly to go-to-market strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of telemarketing and/or inside sales experience, specifically with B2B • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Self-motivated, driven, and desire to succeed • Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced work environment • Prior lead generation experience • Must be an excellent problem-solver and willing to collaborate • Experience with Salesforce • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined activity quotas • Coachable with an appetite to seek and adapt when feedback is given • Ability to work independently in an environment that changes rapidly • Ability to be adaptable and think outside the box to proactively address potential roadblocks and/or issues • A quiet workspace • Internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
