📋 Description

• Provide support to students, companies, and educational institutions with the registration and promotion of opportunities • Update customer records • Direct users to the appropriate Portal pages based on the services requested • Answer customer questions about products and services • Provide support and register new customers • Assist customers via email, phone, and WhatsApp with process-related information

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, a Marketing Technology program, Human Resources Management, Advertising and Marketing Communications, or a related field • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace • Comfortable working with computerized systems • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to perform tasks requiring focus and attention to detail • Must have at least one year remaining before completing the degree and/or internship period
