• Help PostEra deliver therapies to patients by shaping systems design decisions around the Proton drug discovery platform • Lead by example, championing best practices in software development and engineering culture • Make well thought out decisions about system architecture • Foster an environment of learning and improvement within the engineering team • Lead architectural design and development of scalable web applications and microservices • Mentor engineers and promote cross-team collaboration and continuous learning • Advocate and implement best practices in CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and code modularization • Drive projects focused on enhancing engineering framework

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience and a bachelor's degree • Deep technical knowledge in AWS, container orchestration, and IaC best practices • Experience with Python, modern frontend frameworks, and relational databases like PostgreSQL • Familiarity with web-dev stacks • Experience with mentoring and promoting cross-team collaboration • Strong leadership skills • Experience with CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and code modularization • Experience in engineering culture evolution • Experience with ML models and workflow orchestration frameworks • Drive and lead innovative drug discovery projects and engineering excellence initiatives • Proven technical leadership and execution capabilities
