Description
• Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails. • Design and implement robust, maintainable codebase following best practices. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver exceptional solutions. • Integrate external APIs and services to enhance application functionality. • Optimize application performance and troubleshoot technical issues. • Write and maintain comprehensive automated tests to ensure code quality. • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance as needed. • Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning, code reviews, and retrospectives.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Ruby on Rails development. • Advanced proficiency in Ruby programming language and the Rails framework. • Strong understanding of web development principles including RESTful APIs, MVC architecture, and database design. • Experience with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile methodologies. • Advanced english skills.
