• JOB TITLE: UI/UX Designer • CONTRACT: Short-Term Contract • LOCATION: 100% Remote - Candidates Based in Latin America Job Summary We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to join our client´s team and help improve the user experience of their React-based software. The ideal candidate will identify inconsistencies, suggest interface changes, and recommend new controls and workflows. The candidate will have a strong understanding of UI and UX principles, a keen eye for design, and a user-centric approach to problem-solving.

Requirements

• Understanding of React: Understanding of the React framework and its impact on UI design. • Proficiency in Design Tools: Experience with tools like Moqups (preferred), Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar for creating design assets and prototype suggestions. • Strong UI/UX Background: Demonstrated experience in both UI and UX design, with a portfolio showcasing past projects. • User-Centric Approach: Ability to think from the user's perspective and prioritize user experience in design decisions. • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to articulate design ideas clearly and work collaboratively with developers and stakeholders. • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for design details and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. • Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify design issues and propose practical solutions.
