📋 Description

• Serve as the communications and coordinating hub between Creative Team members, Project Management, and clients • Manage and deliver creative digital marketing projects from inception to completion • Manage multiple concurrent accounts, projects, and multidisciplinary teams • Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to high quality standards • Manage projects and cross-functional team members using Asana • Manage Group Boards and Sprint Planners and track workflows • Maintain deliverable trackers and current status of creative deliverables • Provide progress updates and reports to internal teams and client stakeholders • Communicate timelines and feedback deadlines to clients • Organize client assets within Power Digital’s structure • Triage and filter requests from Account Managers • Support task trafficking and workflow management between Creative PM and the Creative department • Coordinate with Project Managers on multi-channel clients, dependencies, timelines, and client support • Ensure on-time delivery of digital marketing projects and deliverables • Establish operational and project management best practices • Maintain communication between clients and account teams

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English required • Minimum three (3) years of experience leading projects in an interactive advertising or digital marketing agency • Strong proficiency with web-based project management platforms; Asana required • Familiarity with digital creative environments such as Figma or Adobe is a plus • CAPM, CSM, PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent preferred • Bachelor’s degree required • Professional approach and comfort with conflict management and mediation • Ability to direct teams in task prioritization and execution while facilitating multiple projects in a high-pressure environment • Excellent diplomatic, interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills • Strong problem-solving, organization, time management, business ethics, and political awareness • Enthusiastic, committed, flexible, and open to organizational change • Self-starter able to think independently and work autonomously
