• Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für Kunden in der gesamten DACH-Region • Deine Aufgabe ist es, unseren Wachstumsmotor anzukurbeln, indem du direkt mit neuen und bestehenden Kunden interagierst, deren Bedürfnisse qualifizierst • Du entwickelst eine Prospecting-Strategie und suchst nach neuen Leads • Du präsentierst unsere HR-Lösung bei führenden Vertretern der Branche, besuchst nationale und internationale Messen und Round Tables
🎯 Requirements
• Ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, vorzugsweise im Bereich Wirtschaft, Vertrieb/Marketing oder eine berufsbegleitende Ausbildung im Einzelhandel oder B2B / B2C-Vertrieb • Du bist sehr kommunikativ und liebst es, mit Kunden am Telefon, per E-Mail oder persönlich zu sprechen • Du bist ergebnisorientiert und hast die Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen und Fristen einzuhalten; Du verfügst über gute Planungs- und Organisationsfähigkeiten und arbeitest konsequent • Du bist sehr proaktiv, engagiert, motiviert und lernst schnell • Sprache: Englisch & Deutsch fließend
