Description
• Involved in all stages of product design lifecycle • Drive and refine research processes • Work closely with cross-functional teams • Mentor others on research approaches • Influence and shape product strategy • Develop and execute mixed-method research • Translate research findings into actionable insights • Expand and execute UX Research function • Improve company-wide understanding of target customers
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in a UX research role • Strong understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methods • Excellent communication skills • Experience with user research tools • Adaptable, transparent, analytical, accountable, curious, and collaborative • Strong storytelling skills • Clear track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
