• Shape and support Pratham’s global education initiatives across diverse geographies • Oversee specific country engagements, partnerships, projects, or internal workstreams • Manage relationships with in-country partners and stakeholders, collaborating with NGOs and government partners • Develop implementation plans, timelines, budgets, and documentation of program learnings • Coordinate across internal teams to keep projects progressing • Organise trainings, workshops, and meetings • Support development of grant proposals, donor reports, and budget preparation
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, International Development, Public Policy, or a related field • 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in education or development programs • Demonstrated experience in independently managing projects or workstreams • Experience working with multiple stakeholders, including partners or government systems • Strong writing and analytical skills, especially for proposals and reports • Strong organisational and project management skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across geographies • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Willingness to travel as required • Familiarity with foundational learning approaches such as TaRL
• Travel opportunities up to 40% of your time • Remote work from Delhi or Mumbai
