Description

• Executes the learning strategy to provide curricula, media, and learning program design and development expertise to the IT organization. • Ensure alignment with market trends and business objectives • Partner with Senior Leadership to drive the Learning Strategy • Lead high performing teams in support of the strategy • Establish and maintain best instructional design practices and content • Analyze and evaluate learning needs • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of curricula • Provide subject matter expertise and coaching on instructional media • Develop and implement communication plans in support of learning programs • Represent Process and Performance Learning during regulatory inspections • Establish and maintain instructional design and media branding and templates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or ex-US equivalent) in instructional design, training & development or related field • 7+ years of adult learning related experience; 5+ years of experience in learning solutions design • Training delivery experience with various methods • Experience with instructional design principles and adult learning tools • Possess communication and problem-solving skills • Strong executive communication, collaboration and influencing skills • Proven track record of driving adoption • Self-directed with ability to make correct decisions • Top skills required: Instructional Systems Design, Curriculum Design, Adult Learning, Training Needs Analysis, Training Evaluation, Training Delivery, eLearning, Instructor-Led Training (ILT), Train-the-Trainer, Blended Learning, Microlearning, Simulations • Nice to have skills: Agile Instructional Design, Process Improvement, Design Thinking/Innovation, Action Learning
