• Plan, execute, and optimize performance- and growth-oriented multichannel CRM campaigns; • Develop, maintain, and evolve relationship cadences, automated flows, and personalized customer journeys focused on conversion, retention, and repeat purchases; • Manage the full lifecycle of CRM initiatives, ensuring direct impact on the business's strategic KPIs; • Create and administer advanced segmentations based on behavioral, transactional, and customer lifecycle data; • Monitor and analyze key metrics (conversion, retention, LTV, churn, CAC, ROI), turning data into insights and actionable plans; • Conduct A/B tests, experiments, and continuous hypothesis validation to drive incremental, scalable performance gains; • Manage the customer base and evolve growth strategies for the loyalty program, defining engagement actions, segmentation, benefits, and mechanics that boost retention, purchase frequency, average order value (AOV), and LTV; • Plan and execute CRM campaigns and communications integrated with the loyalty program; • Evaluate loyalty program performance using KPIs such as enrollment, activation, engagement, repeat purchase rate, LTV, and churn; • Serve as a technical reference/subject-matter expert in CRM, growth, and loyalty; • Orchestrate deliverables with internal teams, product, technology, and external partners; • Anticipate opportunities for growth, efficiency, and monetization of the customer base; • Monitor CRM, automation, and data platforms to ensure performance, scalability, and strategic usage.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field; • Proven experience in CRM, marketing automation, and growth strategies; • Hands-on knowledge of loyalty programs, engagement strategies, and retention models; • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Marketing Cloud required; • Experience with BI tools; • Preferred: knowledge of SQL, AI, English language proficiency, and a postgraduate degree in the field; • Availability to work on-site; • Must reside in São Paulo, SP.
