Description

• Process new customer orders and customer contract renewals • SaaS revenue recognition consistent with ASC606 • Excel analysis per direction from CFO, Controller or Accounting Manager • Support month-end close requirements around billing and collections • Proactively reach out to customers and collect payments • Provide billing and customer support to customers and partners • Process check or cash payments in NetSuite and make all bank deposits • Download daily credit card batch reports • Maintain AR files thoroughly and accurately • Perform contract review to ensure accuracy of billing • Process Invoices/Credit Memos to the accounting system • Send invoices to customers and respond to follow-up inquires • Process quotes and invoices for customers accurately • Ad hoc accounting duties as assigned

Requirements

• 4 year college degree in Accounting, Economics or related field • 1yr+ of experience in a busy, fast paced office in accounting or auditing • Good understanding of basic accounting principles • Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records • Strong data entry skills • Strong oral and written communication skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, and Outlook) is required and NetSuite is a plus • Ability to work independently and as part of team
