📋 Description

• Act as the primary liaison between the delivery/engineering team, the client, and internal stakeholders • Define project scope and communicate it to stakeholders • Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and work plans using Jira or equivalent tooling • Track project hours and costs, manage resourcing, and coordinate engineering resources and third-party vendors • Manage project scope, schedule, and cost changes through change-control processes • Measure and report project and resource performance using dashboards, status reports, and PM analytics • Plan and lead infrastructure upgrades, platform migrations, hardware refreshes, and software deployments • Translate technical scope into project plans, timelines, and milestones with network, systems, cloud, and Citrix engineers • Identify technology risks, dependencies, sequencing issues, and manage change windows, cutover plans, and rollback procedures • Coordinate hardware/software procurement, staging, and deployment logistics • Own client offboarding, including hardware return or decommissioning, access revocation, data and knowledge transfer, and closeout documentation • Build and maintain standardized offboarding checklists and playbooks • Partner with delivery, security, and account management teams to mitigate offboarding risks • Lead technical onboarding of new clients with Solutions Engineers • Mentor less experienced project coordinators and project managers • Participate in Project Implementation Reviews and Design Reviews • Maintain accurate timesheets and client communication/troubleshooting notes • Stay current on technology and project management trends and alert stakeholders to relevant changes

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing and internal work • Strong technical aptitude with infrastructure, endpoints, and cloud/on-prem systems • Demonstrated experience managing IT/technical projects in an MSP, IT services, or enterprise IT environment • Experience owning client or vendor offboarding/transition processes, including access revocation, asset recovery, and documentation • Proficiency with Jira or similar project/task management tools • Ability to build and enforce standardized processes and checklists • Detail-oriented and highly organized; able to manage multiple concurrent projects • Ability to adapt to changing environments, competing demands, delays, and unexpected events • Self-motivated and reliable in a fast-paced, multi-client environment • 3–5+ years of project management experience, ideally in technology, MSP, or IT services • Experience managing concurrent technical projects according to scope, budget, and timeline • Hands-on experience with project management software, tools, reporting, and dashboards • PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or similar project management certification is a plus • Prior MSP or multi-client technical services experience strongly preferred
