📋 Description

• Manage outsourced payroll: define and adhere to the schedule, integrate time and attendance data and payroll variables, perform payroll checks, prepare final pay settlements, and issue post-employment payslips • Prepare bank transfers, social security filings, post-payroll reports, accounting statements, and management reports • Manage relationships with social security and other statutory bodies on behalf of clients • Monitor social and regulatory developments • Respond to support requests from the payroll team • Assess, validate, and prioritize payroll team requests in coordination with the Consulting department • Monitor outsourced payroll processes • Prepare additional quotations based on payroll administrators’ requests • Manage a team of 2 to 3 payroll administrators • Organize, plan, and monitor payroll operations and client satisfaction • Conduct regular performance and objectives follow-up meetings with team members

🎯 Requirements

• At least a two-year post-secondary degree • At least 5 years of experience in an accounting or payroll firm • Dynamic, autonomous, and well-organized • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Proficiency in Excel • Interest in IT tools, particularly HRIS platforms • Proficiency in Silae is essential • Knowledge of another payroll software solution is a plus but not required • Knowledge of English is a plus
