📋 Description

• Provide customer service and maintain relationships via telephone and digital channels • Conduct outbound calls to customers in the assigned portfolio • Prospect for new business opportunities • Present and sell the product portfolio, launches, assortment and promotional campaigns • Negotiate, monitor sales and ensure customer activation • Develop a consultative relationship, identifying needs and offering the best solutions • Record all interactions in corporate systems • Monitor post-sale activities

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required (higher education will be considered a plus) • Experience in telesales, remote sales, customer service or consultative selling • Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion skills • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office • Experience using CRM systems • Organized, disciplined and results-oriented • Excellent verbal communication and ease with phone, WhatsApp and other digital channel sales and service • Preferred: experience in the pharmaceutical distribution, dermocosmetics, personal care and beauty, or consumer goods sectors • Preferred: experience serving pharmacies, drugstores or distributors
