Description

• Communicating with customers through live chats and emails • Helping merchants set up their online stores and creating their first products via email & chat • Providing merchants with all the necessary information about Printify and POD • Assisting merchants with order-related and account-related issues • Building and maintaining efficient communication with existing/new customers and Print Partners

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal English skills • Availability to work in shifts • You live in Latvia/Estonia with the legal right to work full-time for at least 12 months • Tech-savviness & a good speed behind the keyboard • Flexibility & open-mindedness to consistently learn new things • An empathetic & patient mindset • Readiness to work in a team setting and/or on your own • Previous customer support work experience • Experience in E-commerce and POD
