Description

• Role and Document Clarity: Proactively ensure clarity in roles and required documents across all stages, engaging with relevant parties to achieve this. • Review Organization and Preparation: Accountable for organizing and preparing key reviews, including Stage Gates, and facilitating necessary discussions. • Program Process Oversight: e.g. oversee the progress and clarity of phase scope documents, ensuring alignment with process & format requirements; Stage Gate checklists; etc. • Program Facilitation on Scope: Assist the Program DRI in the facilitation of scope setting and analysis, including running workshops and providing tools and techniques. • Timeline & Roadmap Management: Ensure all program paperwork is clear and aligned while developing and maintaining an effective delivery plan and timeline. • Team Coaching and Risk Management: Lead teams, especially in challenging scenarios, providing coaching and mentorship, so that they manage risks with a solution-oriented approach. • Stakeholder Communication and Reporting: Effectively communicate with stakeholders regarding program KPIs and success criteria, and report program status to facilitate transparent, informed decision-making.

Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as Program Manager, Project Manager, IT Delivery Manager. • Experience in Tech/Product delivery and with scopes larger than a single team. • Power-user experience with Jira.
