• Prepare and process employment-related documentation • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws in all HR-related activities and processes. • Support onboarding by preparing new hire paperwork, organizing orientation, and assisting with orientation materials. • Respond to employee inquiries and provide assistance regarding HR policies, procedures, and general inquiries. • Manage and administer HRIS and other HR-related software platforms to ensure data accuracy, reporting capabilities, and system efficiency. • Support HR Operations Lead in HR process improvements, implementing best practices and standardizing processes to achieve consistency and effectiveness in HR operations. • Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements, ensuring HR policies and procedures adhere to legal standards. • Support Mobility Lead in mobility-related topics. • Work closely with managers to identify performance gaps and develop improvement plans for underperforming employees, provide guidance and support to managers in effectively communicating performance improvement plans to employees, and monitor progress. • Handle complex employee relations issues and investigations, and collaborate with the legal team to ensure investigations are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Strong written & verbal English and Latvian communication skills • At least 3 years of experience in HR operations, experience in performance management, and employee relations management. • Good knowledge of the Labor Law of the Republic of Latvia. Knowledge of the labor legislation of the Republic of Estonia will be considered as an advantage. • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. • Proficiency in using HRIS and other HR-related software. • High sense of responsibility and ability to comply with deadlines.
