Description

• Contribute to strategic decisions around Printify products and features • Work with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and problems • Define and evolve customer journey and design interactions • Deliver designs and prototypes in a fast-paced environment • Ensure implementation of final design with quality • Use online tools for user interaction observation • Plan and conduct user testing • Solicit and provide feedback from team members • Present and defend product feature or design solution

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in end-consumer product design • Experience in Tooling and Admin solutions • Experience with AI and Machine Learning solutions • Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English • Lo-fi & hi-fi prototyping skills • Experience with user research and concept validation • Collaborative experience in cross-functional teams • In-depth experience with Figma or willingness to learn • Preferred: experience working with design systems, large design teams, context switching, facilitation/co-creation, usability and A/B testing
