Description

• Defining the payment vision, presenting it to stakeholders, and implementing the vision through OKRs • Identify opportunities and adjust team priorities and backlog to maximize business impact in alignment with product vision and goals • Help define a mission and goals for this product area team, duly aligned with product & company vision • Develop subject-matter expertise in our payment solutions • Use data, customer insights, and industry’s best practices to identify and improve payments experience • Align and partner with product teams to influence roadmap decisions, and identify opportunities to leverage payment flows • Explore 3rd party payment solutions to achieve specific payment types, • Test and implement solution which will fit in with the payment strategy • Develop and implement comprehensive payment strategies and business rules that balance payment efficiency, cost of execution, and customer experience • Liaise with business and tech teams throughout the product life cycle, so as to involve all cross-functional teams (design, engineering, and analytics) and make them embrace the product vision and strategy • Monitor product performance and use customer feedback to build a product development strategy

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as Product Manager in the payments industry • Ability to make data-driven decisions and applying continuous improvement methodologies across your team • Ability to think strategically and craft a compelling product vision • Excellent quantitative problem solving and analytical skills • Ability to communicate complex technical issues simply and effectively to a wide range of audiences from engineers to executives • Well versed in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies and principles • Excellent written & spoken English communication skills • Ability to translate stakeholder needs into business and product requirements • Positive attitude, experience in working in cross-functional teams, keen attention to detail • Great team player qualities, high energy, and the ability to thrive in thrive in startup/scale up environments
