⢠You are the primary point of contact for your client portfolio ⢠You proactively advise clients to help them get the most out of the PowerUs platform ⢠You turn customer signals into revenue ⢠You conduct client conversations in a structured and well-prepared manner ⢠You work closely with Marketing, Product, and other teams ⢠You keep your CRM (Salesforce & Planhat) up to date and accurate ⢠You identify when action is needed and escalate when necessary.
⢠Experience in B2B account management, customer success, or sales ⢠You view account management as an equal partnership ⢠Proactive, independent thinking ⢠Clear, persuasive communication ⢠True ownership: you deliver on your commitments ⢠A data-driven approach to work ⢠Openness to feedback and a willingness to share your knowledge with the team ⢠Fluent German (C2) and strong English.
