• Lead the development and execution of Progyny’s global clinic partnership strategy. • Proactively identify, acquire, and cultivate strategic clinic partnerships to strengthen our member offering and expand our footprint in key markets. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clinic partners, building and maintaining long-term, trust-based relationships with clinic leadership. • Drive partner engagement through regular check-ins, business reviews, and strategic planning discussions. • Monitor and analyze clinic performance, translating data-driven insights into actionable recommendations. • Regularly report performance results and strategic insights to key internal stakeholders. • Ensure clinic partners consistently meet Progyny’s standards for clinical quality, compliance, and service delivery.
• 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, Partnerships, or Sales. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and communicate performance data. • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills. • Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced, dynamic environments. • Familiarity with CRM systems and data management tools. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
