📋 Description

• You ensure that new hospitals successfully go live with our platform. • You understand technical requirements, coordinate internal teams, and support customers step by step until go-live. • You are the primary initial point of contact for our customers — especially during the sensitive early project phases of implementation. • Lead the technical onboarding of new hospitals — from initial intake to go-live. • Coordinate all relevant internal teams (Product, Tech, Content, Marketing) to ensure a smooth setup of our software. • Conduct customer trainings, workshops and process analyses, and stay one step ahead of customer requests. • Build and maintain your network around your key accounts.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong technical understanding — ideally with experience in software onboarding, SaaS, APIs, integrations, or data structures. • Some experience in project management, e.g., in implementation projects or complex customer processes. • Ability to explain technical content clearly — both to IT departments and medical specialists. • Customer orientation, empathy and a passion for successfully implementing digital solutions in healthcare. • Structured working style, high level of independence, and an ownership mindset. • Strong communication skills in German (C1+) and good English skills for internal communication. • Nice to have: experience in healthcare, hospital processes, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), data analysis or process documentation.
