Description

• Assist in overseeing accounting, month-end close, and financial reporting • Prepare and review balance sheet account reconciliations • Prepare and review journal entries • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of weekly and month-end close tasks • Analyze financial statements in accordance with US GAAP • Identify process improvements for efficient resource utilization • Support implementation of new accounting, finance, and technology systems • Supervise accounts payable function and staff • Assist in drafting footnotes for annual audited financial statements • Work with external auditors and tax advisors as needed • Assist with ad-hoc projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance • 5+ years of accounting experience, with 3 years in high growth technology and/or public accounting • CPA preferred, but not required • Experience managing others with strong interpersonal skills • Self-starting critical thinker comfortable with accountability • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
