Description

• Lead and supervise the Sales Contracts team • Mentor and coach team members • Cultivate strong relationships with customers and partners • Collaborate with cross-functional teams • Optimize Sales Contracts department • Establish performance metrics and KPIs • Identify and mitigate contract risks • Collaborate on new programs, products, and pricing initiatives • Manage workload distribution and resources • Diagnose and resolve escalations • Maintain compliance with quality and EHS policies

Requirements

• Min. 8 years experience in Customer Contracts • Min. 5 years experience in team supervision/management • BA/BS in related degree or equivalent • Experience in regulated (FDA) environment • Understanding of sales and service processes • Expertise with CRM and ERP systems • Experience with contract lifecycle management platforms • Capability for cross-functional projects • Ability to balance tactical work with strategic thinking • Exceptional drive for customer experience • Ability to communicate effectively globally • Some travel required (approx. 10%) • Ability to sit/stand, operate a computer terminal, lift up to 15 pounds, and travel within the facility
