• Develop new business with independent pet stores and retail chains across the Czech Republic. • Identify and acquire new customers. • Build long-term relationships with retail partners. • Present and promote the company's premium product portfolio. • Negotiate commercial agreements and close sales opportunities. • Travel regularly to customer meetings throughout the Czech Republic. • Monitor market trends and provide customer and market feedback. • Work closely with the international management team to execute the sales strategy.
• Previous experience within the pet industry and sales. • Existing relationships with Czech pet retailers or distributors. • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. • Ability to work independently and proactively. • Excellent Czech language skills (native or fluent). • Spoken English is an advantage. • A valid driving license and willingness to travel. • Passion for pets and premium-quality products.
