Description
• Responsible for developing AI-powered ordering, editing, and approval flows for dental prosthetic solutions • Lead user-centric initiatives within the Product Roadmap • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on the strategic product roadmap • Manage full design lifecycle including research, prototyping, user testing, UI, and visual design • Conduct comprehensive user research, benchmarking, and competitive analysis • Design and develop scalable, flexible customer experience solutions • Contribute to a modular design pattern library • Participate in design demos and share work regularly with teams
Requirements
• User-centric and guided by Design Thinking • Experience with interaction design (making flows) • Enticing Portfolio that demonstrates a track record of crafting and delivering digital B2B or B2B2C products • Able to quickly understand complex workflows • Lean, Agile and open to sharing early work • Experience conducting user research and participating in customer conversations • Practical design skills including making wireframes or clarifying 3D editing tools • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Framer • Fluent in English with great communication skills • Based in a time zone between UTC-1 and UTC+3 • Ability to fly in for company events 4 times a year • Bonus points: Industrial Design background, Experience with designing 3D tools, applications, Understanding of AI
