📋 Description

• Generate, update, and adjust commercial quotes accurately based on deal requirements • Maintain HubSpot CRM organization and database hygiene • Prepare deals and documentation for internal review, approval, and closing • Apply commercial basics, including margins and revenue rules, to review quote structures and deal terms • Perform light order provisioning tasks to ensure smooth handoffs and fulfillment • Collaborate asynchronously and synchronously with team members using Slack and Google Workspace

🎯 Requirements

• Meticulous accuracy when working with quotes, pricing models, and data entry • Excellent time-management skills with the ability to manage priorities and respond promptly in a remote setting • Strong initiative to identify missing information, streamline processes, and solve problems independently • Ability to pivot when deal parameters change while maintaining composure and consistency • Experience with HubSpot CRM (nice-to-have) • Proficiency in Google Workspace (nice-to-have) • Working knowledge of Slack (nice-to-have)
