📋 Description

• Manage daily maintenance and laundry operations • Coordinate scheduling, field staff, drivers, and service resources • Monitor employee productivity, workloads, deadlines, and KPIs • Ensure completed services are properly documented and invoiced • Monitor laundry operations, turnaround times, and deliveries • Review operational reports and resolve delays, discrepancies, and customer issues • Work with accounting, sales, and operations teams to resolve problems • Support Odoo/CRM improvements, workflow development, and system testing • Prepare weekly management reports and recommend operational improvements • Lead daily operations of maintenance and laundry service departments • Manage remote administrative staff and coordinate with technicians, drivers, and laundry personnel • Ensure services are scheduled, completed, documented, and invoiced accurately and on time • Monitor team performance and resolve operational issues

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing maintenance, field service, facilities, laundry, or similar operations • Experience supervising remote and field-based teams • Strong Odoo/CRM or ERP experience • Experience with scheduling, invoicing, reporting, and KPIs • Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and take ownership of operational performance • Applicant must submit a 2–3 minute video, maximum 4 minutes • Applicant must answer all video questions in the specified order • Camera must be on and applicant clearly visible • Audio must be clear • Applicant should record from their normal work environment when possible
