📋 Description

• Support the NAMER Marketing Team in planning and executing end-to-end marketing initiatives • Collaborate closely with the Sales and Training team to align marketing activities with business goals • Drive demand generation for Prosci enterprise offerings in partnership with the Regional Sales team • Assess regional performance and provide data-driven recommendations for future marketing plans • Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns for key enterprise accounts • Execute key webinars in the region to support business and marketing goals • Support the execution of marketing campaigns including email marketing, social media, and events • Partner with Marketing CoA team to execute strategy for the region

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field or equivalent professional experience • Must have 2+ years of professional services marketing in a B2B setting • Proven experience executing multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns from concept through execution and reporting • Experience supporting sales teams, including lead generation, nurture programs, and pipeline contribution • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong copywriting abilities for various marketing channels • Organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial • Strong analytical skills to interpret ROI and performance marketing KPIs • French-speaking proficiency is an asset
