📋 Description

• Actively acquire new customers and build long-term B2B partnerships in the healthcare sector (e.g., nursing homes, healthcare providers) • Develop and implement sales strategies together with the team to increase revenue in the B2B segment • Manage and expand existing customer relationships through regular communication and tailored solutions • Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify new business opportunities • Work closely with Marketing, Product Management, IT, Administration and Customer Service to continuously optimize customer processes

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Health Management or a comparable field; alternatively a commercial apprenticeship with relevant sales experience • Several years of B2B sales experience (3–5 years), ideally in the healthcare or long-term care sector • Desirable: Certifications in Key Account Management or Sales Excellence • Proficient with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office • Strong communication and negotiation skills and a hands-on mentality • Willingness to attend off-site customer meetings
