📋 Description

• Take responsibility for customer projects in access rights management • Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, supervisory, and bank-specific requirements, with a focus on access rights management • Map the target role concept and implement further changes to the access rights management system • Advise customers on access rights management • Work with the Access Rights Management team to implement results in OSPlus • Independently prepare and conduct customer workshops, implementation support sessions, and training/coaching

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed vocational training in IT, such as Application Developer, System Administrator, or equivalent • Completed degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related IT field • Career changers with significant, extensive consulting experience are welcome • Several years of experience in IT access rights management or Identity & Access Management at a financial institution • Proven project management experience in complex IT or transformation projects • Strong knowledge of regulatory and supervisory requirements in the banking environment • Excellent MS Office skills • Confident presence in consulting and customer situations at expert and executive levels • Structured and self-directed approach to work • Strong drive to shape and continuously optimize processes • Excellent communication skills, with experience acting as an interface between banking business functions and IT • Excellent written and spoken German
