📋 Description

• Advise client organizations on change management at the intersection of IT, Operations, and Business • Ensure that changes are implemented in a technically sound manner and successfully embedded within the organization • Develop and manage change management approaches for IT and transformation projects • Conduct impact and readiness analyses • Identify resistance and opportunities • Coach employees and executives • Facilitate workshops • Manage conflict and resistance • Take responsibility beyond individual projects, for example by contributing to proposal development or further developing the consulting portfolio

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed university degree • Several years of professional experience in IT management consulting or in a strategic/design-oriented role within an IT organization • Strong drive to shape outcomes and a desire to create impact—not just concepts • Confident, assured presence when engaging with management stakeholders • Ability to take on leadership, both professionally and communicatively • Comfortable operating in complex, dynamic situations where not all answers are predefined • Willingness to use uncertainty as an opportunity to shape solutions • This list represents preferred qualifications; not every point must be fulfilled
