📋 Description

• Contribute to demanding infrastructure projects across the entire project lifecycle — from strategic planning to successful implementation • Support clients in the holistic transformation of complex infrastructure projects • Identify optimization potential and develop pragmatic solution approaches • Create measurable value through efficiency improvements, digitalization, and modern project governance • Support the management and control of complex infrastructure initiatives • Contribute to structuring, prioritizing, and implementing key project requirements • Create transparency in complex contexts • Prepare well‑founded decision‑making materials • Take on early responsibility for delivering high‑quality results • Support the establishment of effective project structures and stakeholder management • Support on‑site implementation at the client • Help project teams consistently deliver strong results in dynamic environments

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Economics/Business, (Industrial) Engineering, or a comparable field • Ideally, initial hands‑on experience from internships or working‑student positions in consulting or infrastructure projects • Open, communicative personality • Confident interaction with clients and project teams • Willingness to engage with new topics • Analytical thinking • Flexibility in a dynamic consulting environment • Fluent in German and English, each at least at C1 level
