📋 Description

• Take responsibility for client projects in authorization management • Ensure compliance with legal, supervisory and bank-specific requirements in authorization management, including implementing the target role concept and other changes to the authorization management system • Advise clients in the area of authorization management • Implement results in OSPlus together with the authorization management team • Independently prepare and conduct client workshops, implementation support and training/coaching

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in the IT field, e.g., as an application developer, system administrator, or equivalent • University degree in business informatics, computer science, or a related IT discipline • Career changers with significant, long-term consulting experience are welcome • Several years of experience in IT authorization/access management or Identity & Access Management within a financial institution • Solid project management experience in complex IT or transformation projects • Good knowledge of regulatory and supervisory requirements in the banking environment • Excellent MS Office skills • Confident presence in consulting and client situations at expert and executive levels • Structured and independent way of working • Strong commitment to shaping and optimizing processes • Excellent communication skills and experience acting as an interface between banking business units and IT • Excellent German language skills, spoken and written
