Description
• Lead initiatives to foster community, connections, and belonging within the organization • Organize internal meetings, events, and gatherings, including large in-person team retreats • Coordinate high-touch onboarding program for new hires • Support hiring and recruitment efforts, actively recruiting candidates ensuring diverse pools • Contribute to workstreams to develop, engage, and support talent
Requirements
• At least three years of relevant experience • Project management experience • Strong writing, communication, and diplomacy skills • Ability to foster strong collaborative relationships • Attention to detail and excellence in execution • Growth mindset and enthusiasm for feedback • Flexibility and willingness to support mission • Kindness and respect for others
