• Lead initiatives to foster community, connections, and belonging within the organization • Organize internal meetings, events, and gatherings, including large in-person team retreats • Coordinate high-touch onboarding program for new hires • Support hiring and recruitment efforts, actively recruiting candidates ensuring diverse pools • Contribute to workstreams to develop, engage, and support talent
