📋 Description

• Help protect customers against life’s uncertainties • Drive profitable sales growth, retention, and brand development in the assigned territory • Work with national and regional brokers in Minnesota • Educate and motivate distribution partners to recommend products to employer clients • Must be located in Minnesota and able to travel 3+ days per week

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 3+ years of group insurance experience, including established broker relationships in Minnesota • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities • Excellent verbal and written communication • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Licenses required upon hire
