• Act in a prospect and customer-centric role • Clearly articulate visual and written information that can be leveraged across multiple teams for education and collaboration • Socialize and standardize communication of solutions and outcomes • Work closely with Solution Engineering, Customer Solutions, Professional Services, Sales, and R&D teams to document positive customer experiences • Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to communicate technical concepts and messaging to stakeholders • Identify and articulate how solutions support customers' strategic goals • Enthusiastic and team-oriented to be successful in a semi-unstructured environment within a matrixed growth organization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education/experience required • 4-8 years technical content building and/or technical writing experience • Minimum of 1 year of experience with a pro-active mindset in creating content for internal and external stakeholders • Proven expertise in presenting technical concepts using tools like Power Point, Word, Visio, and/or Draw.io • Capable of independently managing several concurrent initiatives and achieving expectations • Exposure to Agile/Scrum project teams and processes • Energetic, motivated, and self-driven to create content for new and existing technology • Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently through various media formats • Strong tactical, analytical, and strategic thinking in creating documentation and content • Experience in managing collateral materials, keeping documentation libraries current and relevant
