📋 Description

• Plan, design, and execute manual and automated test cases, validating functional and non-functional requirements • Perform functional, regression, integration, and acceptance testing to ensure the quality of deliveries • Identify, record, track, and validate defect fixes, and perform retesting according to priority • Develop and maintain test automations using industry best practices and market-standard tools • Validate integrations between systems, APIs, and databases, ensuring data consistency • Support test execution in continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and continuously improve quality • Prepare test documentation, evidence, and execution reports, ensuring traceability of validations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Information Technology or a related field • Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT • Hold at least one of the following certifications (or equivalent): ATC – Analista de Teste Certificado (IBQTS); CBTS – Certificação Brasileira de Teste de Software (ALATS); CTFL – Certified Tester Foundation Level • Experience with manual testing and test automation • Strong knowledge of software testing techniques and methodologies • Experience with Selenium WebDriver, Postman, Robot Framework, and JMeter • Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines • Knowledge of C#, .NET, or JavaScript • Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban) • Analytical ability, organizational skills, and good communication • Desirable: CTAL-TAE, CTAL-TA or CTAL-TM certifications; experience in financial or credit-sector projects; experience testing APIs and system integrations; knowledge of automation strategies and continuous quality improvement processes
