• Independently develop, design and implement a comprehensive, future-proof training and competence strategy in coordination with the project core team and stakeholders of the European Metrology Networks • Design, develop, deliver and moderate training formats specialized for the European context for researchers and staff of the European Metrology Networks, with a focus on strategic topics such as external visibility and reputation building of metrological research, policy alignment, storytelling and media literacy for communicating scientific results • Strategically plan, organize and independently run large-scale events with high-level stakeholders (open consultations on EU legislative initiatives, workshops, network meetings, international conferences, policy advisory formats) — in-person, hybrid and digital • Create e-learning modules based on the training content — from instructional design through technical implementation to integration into suitable learning platforms (e.g., Moodle) • Evaluate and further develop training and learning offerings based on feedback and needs analyses • Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders • Document and make developed content accessible and visible for long-term use beyond the project
• Completed degree (FH diploma/Bachelor) in educational sciences, communication studies, media education, adult education or a comparable field • Several years of experience in designing and delivering training or e-learning offerings, ideally in a research environment • Ideally, expertise in integrating scientific expertise into political/policy processes at the European level • Knowledge of digital pedagogy, e-learning tools and learning platforms (e.g., Moodle, MS Teams or similar); a basic understanding of SCORM/LMS standards is an advantage • Organizational skills and experience in event management (in-person, hybrid, digital) • Enjoyment of working in an interdisciplinary environment • Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working • Strong team and communication skills • German language skills (B2 level) and English language skills (C1 level) • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for work
