• CRM setup: You identify a suitable CRM system for our requirements, support its implementation and ensure it is used efficiently in day-to-day operations. • Project control: You establish a structured management of the entire customer process — from the initial approach to the project kickoff — while keeping an overall view. • Account management: You maintain existing customer relationships, act as the central point of contact and ensure professional, reliable collaboration. • Interface to marketing: You work closely with marketing to align customer outreach, content and CRM activities.
• Degree in business administration or communication studies, or a comparable qualification • Several years of professional experience in project coordination, customer support or marketing — ideally with exposure to CRM systems • Structured, independent working style with strong organizational skills • Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and working with internal and external stakeholders • Preferably initial experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, weclapp, etc.) — willingness to get involved in the technical selection and implementation • Experience in brand communication • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of customer contact • Very good German and good English skills
