Description

• Lead the design of new features and improvements for our digital products. • Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience. • Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance existing products and inform new ones. • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a product designer • Track record of building processes from zero to one and implementing them • Customer-first driven thinking • Strong cross team collaborator, both speaking and especially writing (since we are remote)
