• Understand and translate business needs into technical goals; and translate technical details into clear requirements that cross-functional stakeholders can understand • Make key architectural and technology adoption decisions to drive the product’s scalability • Maintain a high bar for code quality and contribute your own code to the codebase • Lead by example, promote a culture of egoless learning, and take on a mentorship role.

Requirements

• Experience as a Tech Lead, Staff Engineer, Engineering Lead, or similar • A deep understanding or desire to work in Golang and React • Demonstrated ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts to stakeholders across a variety of disciplines
