📋 Description

• Customer support & onboarding: use scalable approaches to support a large number of customers. • Product usage & health: analyze usage trends to identify improvement opportunities. • Churn and risk management: monitor customer data to minimize risks. • Account growth: collaborate with the Sales team to identify expansion opportunities. • Product feedback: actively listen to customer feedback to help improve the product. • Data management and documentation: ensure data quality in the CRM. • Lead projects that contribute to the development of Customer Success.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience as a Senior Customer Success Manager in a SaaS company. • Fluent in German and English. • Analytical thinking. • Problem solver. • Experience identifying up- and cross-selling opportunities. • Flexible and comfortable working in dynamic environments. • Initial experience in process design, automation, and scaling.
