📋 Description

• Audit and clean up existing SOPs and workflows • Build scalable systems from the ground up inside Notion and other operational tools • Create structured documentation frameworks and operational playbooks • Identify inefficiencies and proactively implement solutions • Design and implement AI-driven workflows using GPTs and automation tools • Build and deploy AI agents to handle repetitive operational tasks • Create Zapier integrations across CRM, operations, and internal systems • Maintain CRM data hygiene and structured pipeline management • Improve dashboards and operational metrics tracking

🎯 Requirements

• Strong background in operations, systems building, and process optimization • Experience designing and implementing automation frameworks • Proven experience implementing AI tools or AI agents into workflows • Deep experience with at least 1–2 key tools: Notion, Follow Up Boss, Zapier, CRM systems • Strong English communication skills • Strong internet connection and capable hardware to run AI tools.
